Dee Counts is retired after 21 years as a certified paralegal in FL, A L & LA, and 13 years as a newspaper editor. She is also the author of Familiar Faces and Quiet Places, a pictorial and narrative history of Jefferson County, Florida.
Cindy Roe Littlejohn is a married mother of three and a grandmother of seven. She is an author, writer, blogger, tree farmer, and retired agricultural and environmental lobbyist. She recently published a book, the second of a three-part series. Entitled Palmetto Pioneers, the setting is Territorial Florida through reconstruction in Jefferson County.
